I’m Fawad Khan—an educator, technologist, and product leader with 30+ years of experience across enterprise, cloud, and higher education. For the past two decades, I’ve worked at Microsoft, shaping enterprise products, developer platforms, cloud services, and emerging technologies. Alongside that, I’ve spent more than 20 years teaching and mentoring thousands of students across certificate, undergraduate, and graduate programs.
Education has always been central to my career. I’ve taught at the University of Washington Graduate School for over 8 years, where I help future leaders master Cloud Computing, AI, Digital Transformation, and modern product development. I’ve also served as an adjunct faculty member at Bellevue College, Everett Community College, City University, and Bellingham Technical College, and previously taught full-time internationally for three years.
Over the years, I’ve built and delivered cutting-edge curriculum for universities and colleges—courses on emerging technologies, cloud computing, AI, and modern software development. I’ve also served on the Bellevue College Network Services & Computing Systems advisory board, helping shape workforce-ready programs for the next generation of IT professionals.
I’m a published author of two books:

I am a frequent voice on LinkedIn, where I share practical insights, diagrams, workflows, and real-world examples that make complex technology feel clear, simple, and usable.
